We are looking for a Logistics Specialist

Agriwell Ltd. is an international agricultural company specializing in building environmentally-friendly agricultural production and is one of the largest importers of organic oilseeds into the EU.

The company has been operating in the local market since 2009. Its goal is to systematically build a vertically integrated business model, allowing its customers to plan future harvests and control quality, thereby ensuring a stable volume of certified organic products.

We are currently looking for a capable colleague with a university or secondary education and relevant experience to join our logistics team. The role involves supporting the smooth operation of the logistics department.

Your job will be:

• planning and ensuring the supply of goods from Eastern Europe to the countries of the European Union by rail and Road

• planning and ensuring the supply of goods to the territory of the European Union by rail and Road

• dealing with carriers and warehouses

• dealing with customers from Western Europe

• search for new logistics service providers and new logistics solutions

• preparation of orders and contracts, administration and communication with clients and suppliers

• entering and updating data into company systems

• preparation, registration and control of various documents

• coordination of import and export of goods, registration of goods on the road and warehouses

• communication with warehouses and carriers, registration of goods receipts and outputs

• other activities provided for by the employer's internal regulations

Requirements:

• high school education

• work experience of at least 3 years in a similar position

• the ability to communicate in Russian, English and Czech, Ukrainian will be an advantage

• knowledge of MS Office-Excel, Word, Outlook, good communication skills and flexibility

• entry is possible immediately. The position is also suitable for foreigners

• long-term or permanent residence in the territory
