As part of our dynamic growth, we are looking for an experienced and motivated candidate for the position of:

Logistics Specialist

What will you be responsible for?

Planning and coordinating deliveries from Eastern Europe to EU countries by rail and road transport
Planning and coordinating shipments within the European Union
Negotiating and communicating with transport providers and warehouses
Communication with customers across Western Europe
Identifying and developing new logistics partners and solutions
Preparing purchase orders and contracts; managing and maintaining communication with clients and suppliers
Entering and updating data in company systems
Preparing, maintaining and reviewing transport and commercial documentation
Coordinating import and export operations; monitoring goods in transit and in warehouses
Communicating with warehouses and carriers; tracking inbound and outbound goods
Performing additional tasks in accordance with internal company policies

Requirements:

Language skills:
- Fluency in Russian and/or Ukrainian (both written and spoken)
- Advanced level of English (ability to communicate effectively and work with documentation)
Education and experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong communication skills, reliability and flexibility
