As part of our dynamic growth, we are looking for an experienced and motivated candidate for the position of:

Logistics Specialist

What will you be responsible for?

  • Planning and coordinating deliveries from Eastern Europe to EU countries by rail and road transport

  • Planning and coordinating shipments within the European Union

  • Negotiating and communicating with transport providers and warehouses

  • Communication with customers across Western Europe

  • Identifying and developing new logistics partners and solutions

  • Preparing purchase orders and contracts; managing and maintaining communication with clients and suppliers

  • Entering and updating data in company systems

  • Preparing, maintaining and reviewing transport and commercial documentation

  • Coordinating import and export operations; monitoring goods in transit and in warehouses

  • Communicating with warehouses and carriers; tracking inbound and outbound goods

  • Performing additional tasks in accordance with internal company policies

Requirements:

  • Language skills:

    • Fluency in Russian and/or Ukrainian (both written and spoken)

    • Advanced level of English (ability to communicate effectively and work with documentation)

  • Education and experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Strong communication skills, reliability and flexibility
