We are looking for a Back Office Assistant

AGRIWELL s.r.o. is an international agribusiness company with global operations and one of the largest importers of organic oilseeds, legumes, and cereals of the highest quality intended for human consumption, oil production, or feed into the EU. The company specializes in building and promoting organic agriculture.

We are looking for a Back Office Assistant to join our dynamic and growing team.

What can you expect in this position?

  • Administrative support for the sales and operations teams

  • Processing of orders, invoices, and other documents

  • Communication with clients, suppliers, and partners (via phone and email)

  • Managing internal databases and working with company systems

  • Organizing meetings, preparing materials, and handling basic office tasks

  • Cooperation with other team members and assistance in day-to-day operations

  • Taking care of smooth office operations and ensuring necessary supplies

Requirements:

  • Language skills:

    • Fluent knowledge of Russian and/or Ukrainian (spoken and written)

    • Intermediate knowledge of English and Czech (ability to communicate and work with documents)

  • Experience in administrative work or in a similar position is an advantage

  • Good command of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Attention to detail, independence, organizational skills, and reliability

  • Willingness to learn new things and be a supportive team member
