We are looking for a Sales Manager / Commodity Trader

AGRIWELL s.r.o. is an international agribusiness company with global operations and one of the largest importers of premium-quality organic oilseeds, pulses, and grains into the EU for human consumption, oil production, and feed.
The company specializes in the development and promotion of sustainable and organic agriculture worldwide.
Due to our dynamic growth, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Sales Manager / Commodity Trader to join our expanding team.
What You Will Be Responsible For:
Actively identifying and developing new business opportunities in the field of organic commodities
Managing existing clients and building long-term business relationships
Preparing commercial offers, negotiating terms and conditions, closing contracts, and monitoring price trends
Collaborating with internal teams on the development of products and services
Working closely with the purchasing, logistics, and quality departments to ensure a smooth business process from offer to delivery
Conducting market analysis (EU, Eastern Europe, Asia, USA, Canada) and proposing strategic initiatives to support export growth


Requirements:
Language Skills:
Fluent Russian and/or Ukrainian (both written and spoken)
Advanced English (ability to communicate professionally and work with documentation)
Minimum secondary education (high school diploma)
Experience in sales (preferably B2B; experience with agricultural commodities is an advantage)
Strong analytical thinking, result-oriented mindset, ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Reliability, independence, and strong focus on performance
Driving license category B is an advantage
Willingness to travel and build international business relationships
